Startups

Your startup probably doesn't need an app yet

Building is the most expensive way to learn something a conversation could teach you.

An app is a commitment to a solution shape. Early on, you're still testing whether the problem is worth solving.

The cheapest validated product is usually manual, ugly and delivered by a human. That's fine.

Build when the constraint is scale, not when the constraint is understanding.
